Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
予約していたにも関わらず、部屋がないので提携先の違うホテルに行ってくれと言われました。そこまではまだ良かったのですが、ホテル側にタクシーを手配すると言われ20分以上待たされた上、高額なタクシー代まで請求されました。
