"The hotel was such a disappointment. The hotel reception is the nicest part, the rooms, or at least the rooms we were in across the bridge were so dated and dull. It was the hottest day of the year and the only place in the hotel with air con was the reception desk. The pool and jacuzzi was nice but not worth going back for. So much better value out there."

"Staff did all they could under extreme pressure on sunday morning this was due i believe to the hotel being full due to a large wedding on the Saturday Some items ran out initially with a few mins wait but were replaced asap"

"The hotel itself was iconic - it felt really special. Reception staff were great. Taxi was easy to call. Spa stunning. Terrace on the water was picturesque and room (superior double) was spacious. In the right room, you could have a good stay. We arrived Friday night so we could have a good sleep for an activity packed Saturday.
