Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. "The place was really nice and the breakfast was also great! It was a bit hot in our room we had the AC running at all times and even then, it was still a bit warm in our room. Other than that the staff was amazing and the pool is nice!"

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. "“Daily” housekeeping isn’t daily. We had to call to request our room to be cleaned on day 3. They would start at one end of the hallway in the morning and still didn’t get to our room til their shift ended. Had to request basic necessities like toilet paper multiple times. Front desk didn’t have any toilet paper when I asked, they said they would send someone up with some. Laundry was out of soap in the dispenser. Room was gross with stains on carpet and lamp shades. Elevators constantly not working. Valet parking is only option and outrageously priced for not even covered parking. This “resort” was worse than some budget hotels. Not worth the price at all."
