"Appartamento bellissimo, arredato con cura e con mobili di pregio. Non manca nulla, comodissimo il letto e molto apprezzata la colazione messa a disposizione dalla struttura. Esternamente la casa si presenta come una palazzina un po' datata, ma appena si entra nell' appartamento si ha l' effetto "Wauuuu" Nei dintorni ci sono ottimi locali per l'aperitivo e ristoranti buonissimi per cenare. "The air conditioning was fantastic! It froze us with outside temperatures above 33. Aileen at the front desk was extremely helpful. The apartment was very spacious. Great location. NOTHING negative to say."

"I understand why this hotel has the received top ratings. My room was large, very clean and soundproof. They provide you with robes and slippers. I love how they also give you 2 vanity kits and provide hand soap, shower gel and hair conditioner. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. The only criticism I have is that the view out of my room was not very nice but again I did not sit outside since it was too hot. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs on my balcony as they looked dirty and weathered. The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and all of the venues that most people visit. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Parma."

"Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price. Separate double sink area and toilet, bidet, bath and shower. 15 minute walk through the park and over the bridge to the centre of town. OK for us but not so good for less mobile. Free soft drinks from mini bar if you skip room cleaning. One strange thing was that turning off lights by the bed also turned off the USB and mains sockets so phone did not charge overnight."
