Friendly staff

I am fully aware of the saying "you get what you pay for", and also had experienced staying in hostels. Just like any hostel, this one provides just basic services..nothing fancy, small room, basic breakfast so no complaints. The only thing I wish they provide is perhaps in the winter, even a small space heater for each room, if not a large heating system for the entire living room. Its a little freezing the night we stayed. However, it was compensated by Rafi, who is one of the friendliest employee I have ever met in any hotel/hostel I have stayed at. He speaks good English, accommodated our request for tea, and gave good advice on what to see in the area..including choosing between CLA and Atlas Studios. More power to you. Overall I can say I am satisfied.

Das Riad liegt etwas außerhalb von Ouarzazate in einer klitzekleinen Gasse. Trotzdem erreicht man zu Fuß, per Taxi oder Bus schnell die Stadt und kann sie von der Dachterasse überblicken. Die Zimmer sind alle nicht groß aber ausreichend. Wir waren im Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der Raum und die Betten waren sehr sauber, leider ohne Fenster sehr heiß. Andere Zimmer haben aber Fenster. Die zwei Badezimmer sind super, sogar Wäsche waschen ist gegen Gebühr dort möglich. Der Besitzer und zwei weitere Kolleginnen sind sehr sehr freundlich, kochen abends frische Gerichte und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und konnten uns bei der Organisation einer Wüstentour zu 100 Prozent auf den Besitzer verlassen!
