"Really good hotel, clean, quiet, spacious and everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The only downside is the distance from the centre, a good 30 mins walk or more depending on where you are going. If, like us, you are staying in Seville during a heatwave it's not fun to walk that far in the heat."

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

"Superb position, next to the Alcazar palace and a very short walk to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. We were able to check in to our room early. The breakfast was really lovely with loads of choices from the menu and also yogurt, fruit and orange juice available too. Our room was on the outskirts of the palace and had Roman ruins under the floor, which you could see through glass."

"The hotel was perfectly placed in the center of Sevilla! It was a 3 minute walk to the real alcazar and the cathedral. It was a 5-10 minute walk from all of the delicious tapas bars. The room was very clean, we could set the air conditioning at the temperature we wanted. The bathroom and shower were very nice too! The host gave me a map of sevilla the first day which I used to mark the things I did throughout my trip. I had so much fun! It was a great stay! I was staying in a 1 person room...

"Excellent location in the heart of Seville. The Cathedral, Alcazar, and Plaza de Espana are all within a 5-10 minute walk or less. There's also a beautiful park nearby. And we loved the coffee bar in the lobby (surprisingly good coffee!). The room that we had was very clean with great views. It's a somewhat small space for four people (we were traveling with our kids), but very workable. And the staff was extremely helpful."
