The location was good, the accommodation was sub standard- old, dirty, full of mould and in desperate need of a total renovation. The bathroom leaked so badly water was running into the bedroom. Large site but doesn’t feel overlooked in the mobile homes. Lots of trees. Great facilities and lovely beach. Staff friendly

Tar-Vabriga does not have very good public transport links, the buses are infrequent and expensive for Croatia. It would not be possible to visit Trieste, for example. Porec is visitable but there are excursions available to other places, eg. Brioni.
