What a shame!!

Awfull place: no hot water, no light, no heater, no-one in the hotel at 8 o'clock... Never go there!! A shameless place with unpleasant people.

Le plus pire des hôtels dans le monde entier, hôtel non classé, chauffage non fictionnelle, odeur de hammam partout. l'agent de réception travail dans l'hotel à coté, le vigile l'appelle au téléphone à l'arrivé des clients, et là il faut attendre.... A fuir absolument.

Mooi uitzicht, wel slechte administratie

De boeking (en betaling) was niet goed doorgekomen via Expedia, duurde een uur voordat we ze overtuigd hadden dat we al hadden betaald. Volgende ochtend zelfde verhaal met het ontbijt. Ook de handdoeken waren vies (bruine vlekken).

Katastrophale Nacht

Größte Enttäuschung bei einer Hotelnacht bisher! Wie kann so ein Hotel 5 Sterne bekommen? Achtung, man übernachtet auf einer Baustelle. Es gibt drei extrem laute Diskos im Haus. Die Fenster klirren, das Brett am Kopfende des Bettes vibriert durch den Lärm bis 4 Uhr Früh. Eine Kakerlake läuft am Badezimmerboden um ihr Leben, vergeblich.

Welcome to HELL

Worst hotel experience ever. Extremly loud music from 10pm to 4am every night. Non stop cars with loud horns at the middle of the night. Hotel seems its under construction constantly. Dirty beddings with stain. Doors broken and left opened to shared baclony. All facilities are broken and old. Trust me, you do not want to stay here. Not sure why Expedia has endorsed this hotel on their website......

L Hôtel catastrophique : Très très sale, pas de balcon ni patio comme indiqué, pas de clim en fonction, pas de lumière dans le couloir, pas de peignoirs pas de chaussons une serviette pour deux, pas de télé, pas de bar et de restaurant de jour, une piscine à moitié remplie, spa inexistant fréquenté par des personnes douteuses, impossible de dormir musique à fonds jusqu'à 3h du matin, loin du centre plus de 5 kilomètres, pas de bouteilles d eau à la vente et encore moins dans la chambre comme indiqué dans la réservation. On nous a changé d hôtel mais la seconde chambre était pire. Hôtel pas digne de même 1 etoile de plus les taxes de séjour sont de 440 dirhams par jour et par personne. La CB ne fonctionnait pas et on a été obligé de courir chercher de l espèces. Le personnel est incompétent et aucun responsable n est present. Ils ont refusé de nous rembourser pour changer d hôte. C est honteux que vous cautionnez ce type d établissements très très mal fréquentés avec des prestations inexistantes et mensongères comme indiquées dans la réservation. Je vous somme de me proposer une solution comme compte tenu des 3 jours d enfer que nous avons vecu. De plus on nous a volé des habits et des bijoux fantaisis achetés en Espagne quelques jours avant. Avec la chaleur comment pouvez vous valider des établissements de ce type sans clim et sans eau potable même à la vente? Je suis très très très mécontente de cet hôtel et de votre service de réclamation qui n a même pas noté mes recla

Expedia should not endorse this hotel. It was disgusting, stains on sheets, dirty rooms, mold on some walls. They have a disco party on the weekends that starts at 10pm and goes until 4am, which you can hear from every room. This should NOT have been listed on the Expedia listing. The cable didn't work, elevator was broken, and the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. We are and older couple 30-40s that has no desire of being up until 4pm. We spent over $100 a night, when I looked at the hotels tonight app, it was listed at $57.00..even that would have been too much. We want a full refund as we did not stay in this hole.

Worst hotel i have ever seen

They say on there advert its 5 stars I don't give it even 1 star Very old rooms snd toilets is in very bad condition and very dirty pkus its only 2 floors snd thr first floor have 2 night clubs snd 1 bar No way anyone csn sleep I have paid througt expedia for 1 night But while i was in the reciption checking in I heard the noise and another customer that been already there a night before complaining So I didn't check in and went to hitel next door called magdour sea view it was a lot better

Hier wird unter falscher Flagge gesegelt!!

Erwarten Sie nicht das, was angekündigt wird. Statt Wellness und Spa hämmert mitten in der Nacht laute Disco-Musik durchs Haus. Der neue Club Blacks ist ein Nachtclub mit Animation und in das Hotelgebäude integriert. Ballermann lässt grüßen...

Hôtel charmant mais personnel à l'accueil pas d'informations, on vous laisse découvrir seul tous les services et les atouts de cet hôte ( spa, la salle du petit dejeuner la piscine intérieure , ..deux nuits sans sommeil à cause de la boîte de nuit insonorisée de plus c'est un restaurant aussi et on vous oblige à consommer et la note est plus salée que la réalité et pour finir la véranda qui ne se ferme pas..on ne se sent pas en sécurité !!!!!

Un séjour à oublier au Palais de Calife

C'était un séjour presque ordinaire. Il a commencé par un problème de chambre. On nous a donné une petite chambre qui n'avait rien à voir avec celle qu'on a reservée. Aprés une réclamation auprès de la réception, on a debarqué dans une autre chambre: une chambre spacieuse, avec un petit salon mais pas de balcon,une douche et un minibar qui ne mmarche pas. Certes, l'hôtel se caractérise par une décoration arabo-islamique, mais il est très loin du centre de la ville. Le quartier est paisible, mais pendant la nuit cette paix est perturbée par l'activité bruyante des clients d'un bar situé à côté de l'hôtél.

El Servicio es muy malo, no cambiaron las sabanas en toda la estancia, había que pedirles toallas limpias y demás útiles de higiene, así como la limpieza del espejo del baño. Desayuno repetido los 8 días de estancia y muy pobre. Un recepcionista hablaba francés, ingles y árabe, otro hablaba francés, árabe y muy poco de español, todo el resto del personal solo hablaba francés y árabe. El establecimiento no esta insonorizado y la música de la discoteca y del pub se escuchaba hasta 4 de la madrugada. La última noche tuvimos que hacernos la cama nosotros.

Hotel from hell.

Dear Sir, I write to you regarding our stay in your Hotel, we were booked in for 4 nights but had to leave after one night due to the conditions of our room and the overall condition of the Hotel. In the bathroom, there was mould (fungus) around the window frame and plaster moulding, there was no plug for the wash basin, the toilet seat was broken, it was impossible to have a shower without water spraying over the floor due to the hose being fitted incorrectly. The overall state of the wash room was dirty, rusty hinges, tiles not fitted probably. In the main bedroom, all the skirting boards had paint peeling off them,the netting around the bed was dirty and stained!! One of the bedside lamp bulbs was not working, this we reported to Reception, it was still broken when we left. The bedside table draws were not possible to open (nailed shut?) The balcony was in a disgusting state, we overlooked 2 building sites, directly below our balcony there was all sorts of debris and rubbish. The bar area was so dark even with the flashlight on our camera we could not penetrate the darkness of the bar. The shear amount of incense that was burning around the Hotel was overpowering, our clothes we were wearing ended up stinking of it. On a more positive note, I would like to say that the staff we encountered were very helpful, especially the Reception staff. I hope you will take the time to consider the above shortfalls in your establishment, and perhaps remedy some of the problems you have.

A newley restored hotel at an affordable price

If you are crossing from Morocco to Spain, this is a great hotel to spend the night. My wife and I spent the night on our way to Spain, and decided to spend another night on our way back. Very close to the beach, and friendly staff that spoke several languages.

Shocking experience in EVERY possible way!!!

Not only did I have my bathroom flood on both nights (in 2 different rooms)the WIFI didn't work throughout the entire hotel as it was advertised, the TV didn't work within my room, the night hotel manager would not take my noise complaint about the 2 rooms on either side of mine seriously even though it was clear that they were being loud and partying throughout the night and into the morning up until about 5am. I didn't get even 1 hour of sleep on my second nights stay at this hotel! All of this and the price which I paid was around 5 times more expensive to other similar hotels which were in better locations in Tangier, Morocco. All in all, this was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in in my entire lifetime, nothing short of shocking!
