チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズ。 部屋は、オーシャンサイドで絶景。 朝食バイキングも品ぞろえ充実しており、座席もゆったりで、コロナ対策もバッチリで安心して楽しめました。 大浴場の温泉もゆったり、清潔でした。　個人的には、湯温が後1，2度高めのほうが良かったです。 当日は、雪が舞う気温であったのかもしれませんが。 部屋やロビーでのWIFI環境も問題なしでした。 また、11月にお邪魔したいと思っています。

Very nice hotel!

Check in was very smooth and professional. The ocean view room was very beautiful, we enjoyed the view of ocean very much. Breakfast buffet was very delicious with local flesh food. Onsen indoor and outdoor was both good, but outdoor onsen, the fence blocked ocean view that we expected.

Property was decent, but is in need of some renovation (which it appears they are doing right now). The staff is friendly and accommodating (very few speak English, but they try their best). The hotel is short taxi ride from many areas, including Tanabe. They have a vendor selling fresh oranges in the lobby, which was a nice surprise.

残念なホテルです。

基本的にバブルの頃のマンション併設のリゾートホテル。しかし、田辺市にビジネスホテルが少なく、ビジネス客も多いです。 リゾート客にとっては、朝食は、0730〜0930と二時間だけ、ビジネス客にとっては、ツインは無駄に割高。 周辺で買い物できない。タクシーは、朝も待機せず、ビジネスセンターはないなど、どんな客でも不便を経験できます。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けると、部屋に入れておいてくれてたりとか、部屋に届け物をしてくれるなどは一切なく、まったく気の利いたサービスはなし。 ただ、ランチは、ロビーで700円のピラフが食べれます。冷凍みたいですが。 周辺の人がお昼に食事に来るような、そんなカフェ作りとか、なぜか考えてもいません。これって、東横インに言ってる訳ではないんですよ。 宿泊客には、10パーセントオフの売店のサービスもフロントがチケットを配り忘れると、そのままの値段です。でも、品揃えはお土産屋さんなものです。 大浴場は、露天風呂付き。でも、フィットネスなんかないですよ。 スリッパは、使い捨てではなく、どうしても清潔感に疑問があります。ここより安いホテルが、使い捨てスリッパで快適でした。 連泊で掃除を断ると、500円のクーポンがもらえますが、アメニティの補充もなしでした。これって、かなりすごいですね。 アドベンチャーワールド頼みのホテルですが、東急系列の旅行代理店などと組んでるためか、そこそこの入り。 なかなかもう一度来たいとは、思えないホテルです。 でも、Wi-Fiだけは、早いです。

部屋からの眺めは最高でした。部屋も綺麗でしたし、ホテルの方の対応も良かったです。懐石の食事も大変美味しかったです。和歌山にまた来る事があれば、こちらを利用したいと思います。

眺めが良いホテル

今回、白浜に旅行が決まり、初めて利用させて頂きました。 海沿いのホテルでオーシャンビューの部屋に期待していましたが、到着が夜になってしまった為、翌朝わくわくして景色を見たところ、予想以上に眺めが良く、感動しました。 バルコニーへ出ましたが、真冬でしかも風が冷たく、すぐ中へ入りましたが、気候が良ければもう少し見ていたかったです。 次は暖かくなってから利用したいです。

インターから近いアクセス良好

チェックインが遅くなりましたが、事前に連絡しておいたのでスムーズにできました。0時近い時間でしたが、フロントの方の対応も良く大変満足でした。 大浴場もきれいで、露天風呂、サウナもあり充実してます。

A bit far from the beach and the airport. The ocean in front of the hotel was nice to look at but unfortunately not suited to swimming, sunbathing. Very nice outdoor bath (rotenburo). Didn't get to eat the breakfast buffet. Gift shop well stocked with typical sweets for "omiyage"

綺麗なホテルでした

ホテルも部屋もとても綺麗でした。ただユニットバスで下水の臭いがしたのと隣の部屋の人が扉を閉める音か気になりました。バスで行きましたが周りに何もないので車で行くことをオススメします。

Back packing around Japan

Located in Tannabe, it was fine for us as we wanted to access the Buddhist temple route Kimono Kodo. There is a nice beach 10 minutes away by car / bus in Shirahama if that`s what your looking for, its a little way outside of Tannabe town, but there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel several times a day and it is close to the main road were you can access local buses if you don`t have a car. The hotel is a Japanese hotel which means that it does not have western style beds, so if that may be a problem for you then you may want to consider other options.

Nice hotel with a very pleasant seaview.

The hotel is at the waterfront so every room has seaview. The hotel is not new but it is well maintained. The hot bath is good. The only issue is it's location is remote so you better have your own transportation. There are plenty of parking spaces and it is free.

すごく絶景

2人で14000円だったので、部屋が心配だったのですが、すごく広く綺麗な部屋でした。 宿泊した階が9階だったので景色もとてもよかったです。
