"The room was okay and clean. The front desk person was helpful when asked. The hotel entrance had 10 steps high, so it is hard for elderly people stepping up and down every time! The security persons who were sitting on the side of the entrance door were very helpful every time we were out of the hotel carrying bags to the taxi and vice versa as going back to the hotel with bags. The buffet breakfast had limited food choices even though they were okay. The worst thing was the shower stall was next to the toilet without any wall separator. Every time we took the shower, the water was running over every where to the toilet seat, under it, to the sink for brushing teeth. The floor from the bathroom to the sleeping area had a towel to step on because of this wetness. The shower area had a smell like wet clothes that were not dried completely causing unpleasant smells! There was not hair conditioner, only hair shampoo and wash gel. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and rooms in bad condition. The bedsheets were torn and had visible stains, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience I genuinely wish I hadn’t stayed there. When I checked in, I raised my concerns with reception, and they did change my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself was disappointing. It clearly needs a major upgrade. The air conditioning was also extremely inefficient it took over four hours to cool a small room, which is unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Well… where do I even start? If you’re only staying one night and have a decent sense of humour, you might just about survive it. Check-in was a bit of an adventure — not exactly a warm welcome, but hey, we paid for a cheap stay so expectations were already nicely lowered. Now, we did go all out and book the VIP Room 101 (because why not live the high life for a night?). And to be fair, the “VIP treatment” didn’t disappoint… if your idea of VIP includes a mystery-stained bath, a broken bathroom window, a wobbly toilet seat, and towels that looked like they’d lived a full and complicated life before we arrived. My daughter had the sofa bed — or at least, the idea of one — as it came without bedding. We asked for it, waited patiently… and then asked again two hours later. Maybe it was part of the VIP endurance package? And the main bed… wow. I’ve genuinely slept on softer pavements. Camping without a mat might actually have been the luxury upgrade. All in all, an unforgettable stay — though not necessarily for the reasons the hotel might hope. On a positive note it was close to the airport 😁"
