My reason for the stay was a emergency. When I spoke to someone they gave me an early check in with no charge and was very helpful. When I checked in the front desk people were very nice and welcoming. They actually made me laugh and that was something I needed. When my grandchildren arrived later in the afternoon we went out and picked up dinner and had a relaxing night. Breakfast was not up to par but that is my only complaint. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location was great and close to the roads we were connecting to the following morning. Didn't like that there was no exercise room, the phone in the room didn't work, and the breakfast area was chaotic, poorly laid out, and small for the size of the hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was clean.

The Staff was amazing, but the hotel was NOT what was advertized. Also found bugs in the bathroom upon waking up the following day.

We were in the area for business. Due to hurricanes this was the best priced place in area we needed. Everyone was really nice, bed was super comfortable, but….the hotel could use an upgrade. Bathroom scary, but shower nice. Sorry guys, you need to upgrade.

Will not stay at this location again. The rooms were dirty, the noise was loud all through the night, doors slamming and you were not sure if was yours as it was very loud! This facility needs a renovation or tear it down and start over.

Check in staff was great. Hotel condition and area around it was horrible. Smelled and dirty. Tons of water stains in hotel with guest hanging their clothes outside their window like a third world country. However, Huge sheriff presence around.

To my surprise, the hotel was actually clean. You can tell this was an older hotel, however it was clean. The bed and the pillow are extremely soft so if you prefer firmed beds, then just be aware. They give you Dove Samples of soap, lotion and shampoo upon entering the room. The room has a mini fridge and microwave. Not worth $190 for a night stay, however it was very comfortable

Good stay for the night; pricey

The hotel was good for a day or two. Quite expensive for one night. But on the cheaper side given it’s Tampa. Room wasn’t ready when we were ready to check in at 3pm. However, we were allowed to check in an about half an hour later. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. No noise. The breakfast was very good. Standard options with variety from eggs to waffles. Warm and palatable.

Hotel was clean and so was our room, friendly staff. The people across the hall from us had a physical fight in the hallway and then at around 3:00 in the morning the authorities were knocking on their door which woke us up and they actually ended up taking someone. Did notice the next day they were cleaning the room and whoever was staying there was no longer. Felt a littel unsafe.

Don't judge the book by it's cover!

The exterior had not been renovated yet, we were kinda apprehensive about checking in to the hotel. We decided to give it a chance and was glad we did. The interior was fully renovated, brand new everything! The rooms were immaculate with that new carpet smell and the bathrooms where very modern looking.
