Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

Voor mensen met kinderen is er in de omgeving niets te beleven. Ook jammer dat het restaurant niet meer open is. Zelfs geen ontbijt is beschikbaar. Voorkeur voor kamer 416,415,414 ! Die hebben een groot balkon."

Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever. "A week after booking via hotel.com, the hotel contacted back saying they made a mistake overbooking and asked to move us to the cave like room. The room was very stuffy with no window. ---The waterfall view was great. The food was okay."
