"This is a really nice hotel for the Tamarindo area. Great staff and service. The shuttle service was important because of the location on a steeper hill. Walking down is no problem, but it's a bit of a hike going up...great for a good leg workout.
Rooms are nice and all have ocean views overlooking Tamarindo and the pool.
The pool is really nice and big, and the restaurant is also a nice option.
Breakfast could have a little more variety from day to day, but overall good.

"Surf Ranch Tamarindo was an amazing experience. The attention from the ladies who take care of the cleaning and breakfast is truly unique — their dedication and willingness to help with anything you need is surprising in the best way, something you don’t see very often. "I really loved my experience at Pupa House, and it really was that perfect accommodation for my tamarindo experience. Incredibly kind and helpful staff, delicious smoothies at their cafe, and a refreshing pool. Staying in a capsule hotel was a fun and new experience, even for someone like me who's a little tall 😂"
