My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5… This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5.. then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day.."

While not near the usual tourist spots, Grab rides are easily available and affordable, making the quiet nature of the location a real plus. Car parking with EV charging was available. Attitude is next door and worth a visit. Would return and would definitely recommend."
