"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"All is good except the Lift! We were at 33A, there no chance of get in! Need to squeeze in 1 family member at a time and all meet at the level where our car was parked. The whole process took about 1 hour! No joke. The management need to look into this… "

Gave us our room key without telling us about the hotel facilities like dining, gym, pool and where they located, what time breakfast is, where it was. What the room number was, what the wifi password was. We had to ask what our room number was and figure out everything else. She was not very friendly. "Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "
