"Wonderful accommodation, very quiet and ample parking! However, air conditioning was weak and the unit entrance smelled strongly of moth balls. Lastly, the wifi was very poor and most concerning, when asked about wifi, the individual at reception claimed that she’d risk her employment if she said anything to management."

"So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. "

"Lovely view from room over garden to the sea. The food was very good. The pools were lovely and warm. Never a problem to find a sunbed. The staff were all fantastic. We asked to have a specific table in the restaurant on our last night as it was our anniversary and not only did they decorate the table for us, a bottle of cava and chocolate dipped strawberries were put in our room. Thank you everyone at Radisson Blu for making our stay so special."

"Quite limited all inclusive offer. You are asked to pay for certain products such ice cream at the bar, the drinks are 3 per day per person only. While in the other hotel we were staying for longer period everything was included in all inclusive option that here at the lobby the coffee is priced and there is info about not refilling the water from the big bottle container.
