"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. "Very nice room, but the property amenities are the star! The pool and sauna area (with at least five different saunas!) ROCK! Other than the fact that it was a crowded weekend, we had a great experience. Easy walk into the medieval center. Highly recommend!!"
