"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack.

"We had a wonderful two nights here. We loved the bedding and our son loved the bulk bed. I love that the toilet and the shower room are separated and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. The location is just right next to Grindelwald Terminal station where thereâs Coop, shops, restaurants, trains, gondola and bus. Taking the bus was free with a guest card. Iâll stay here again!"
