"A fantastic six night stay at Avani+ which was recommended by a colleague. Beautiful, elegantly designed resort with lush gardens and plenty to do (whatever the weather). Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the food was of a consistently high standard with lots of choice. "Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"We loved our stay at ThaiLife so much. It's an incredibly beautiful property, exactly the kind I was looking for to get away from the crowds. I was instantly de-stressed and relaxed and did not even wish to leave the grounds, though I am normally very curious person who loves to explore. I loved their simple but lovely beach too. If I were to change one thing, I would say that putting gravel all around the reception area is not very guest-friendly. We roll our bags and the gravel destroys the wheels. Also, for a completely unknown reason both receptionists at the front desk acted in a non-friendly manner, which probably would not even register with me if Thai people were not usually so friendly, but it's no big deal. "
