Sleeping in a Sauna

If you can sleep in a sauna this is the place for you. No air con or even a fan available. Room was very small and basic. Building looked like a 60's council house complex. Nice grounds but located in a run down trading estate. Nothing walkable in the way of bars and restaurants. We will not be returning.

Geen airco, 35 graden op kamer. Zijn gaan lopen. Personeel begrijpt het. Geen restaurant hoewel dit erbij staat, enkel pizza en snacks te bestellen..

Porte d'entrée de la chambre cassée, toiles d'araignées à tous les coins, pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain, joint de douche HS. Une blate sur un mur (signe de saleté) J'attends toujours le trop percu de la taxe de séjour => VOL !!!!

Pour les extérieurs: pelouse non tondue, l'état général du bâtiment laisse à désirer, trés vétuste. Pour la chambre : literie dans un état épouvantable, pas de clim, éclairage très faible et surtout pas de brosse pour les toilettes. En résumé: Hôtel rudimentaire

Je réserve en début de soirée 21. 30 et quand j’arrive je trouve un panneau accueil 24/24 hors à 22.25 tout est fermé !!! Je téléphone à un numéro indiqué et on me dit que jamais ma réservation n’aurait dû être acceptée !!! Le réceptionniste se déplace et on me donne ma chambre !!!! Un peu léger l’organisation !

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de la zone d'activité de Cormontreuil. Le parking ne permet pas le stationnement de tous les véhicules des clients. Cela est dû au fait que la direction ne réprimande pas les clients avec camionnettes qui prennent plusieurs places. La lumière principale ne fonctionnait pas. Le système de pare douche peu efficace vous oblige à sacrifier une serviette pour éponger le sol. Malgré tout il faut signaler que le prix est très correct. Aussi il faut rester indulgent.

Concernant la chambre : toujours une crainte d'avoir une chambre avec une porte communicante avec une chambre voisine. Et je remercie mon voisin car j'ai été gâté : TV allumée en permanence dès mon arrivée au lendemain matin, odeur de tabac qui arrivait par vague régulière. Je pense lui avoir rendu une partie de la monnaie de sa pièce avec mes ronflements... Sinon, moquette tachée, bac de douche bouché mais SDB relativement propre. Le plus surprenant tout de même est arrivé le soir lorsque pris de paresse, j'ai finalement décidé de diner sur place. Il était 21h24 et je pensais qu'il serait trop tard. Je suis allé voir au restaurant et le panneau permanent, ainsi qu'un panneau écrit à la craie affichait une ouverture jusqu'à 21h30. J'ai demandé à la dame présente au comptoir si il était encore possible de diner. Sa réponse m'a laissé pantoie. Elle m'a dit : "ça va être limite". Je m'attendais alors à ce qu'elle voit avec le cuisto, mais non. Voyant que je restais immobile, elle m'a demandé : "vous avez eu votre réservation ?". Oui, tout à l'heure. Je me suis dit qu'elle allait alors se bouger pour voir si c'était possible. Mais toujours pas. A ma plus grande surprise, elle reprit son occupation sur son ordinateur comme si de rien n'était, me laissant interloqué par cette attitude que je qualifierai de non commerciale. Cet établissement réalise peut-être trop de chiffre d'affaires, pas besoin de plus. C'est déplorable. Donc passez votre chemin si possible, vous ne perdrez rien

Pas de restauration le soir, dommage.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans votre hôtel pour des raisons professionnelles et comme toujours ,nous avons été satisfait. Nous sommes habitués de votre chaine d'hôtels, et donc grand étonnement de constater en arrivant sur place qu'il ni a pas de restauration le soir!!! Quel dommage, après une journée de salon ,de ne pas retourner en ville pour manger, était très appréciable.
