Clean rooms and unhelpful hotel staff
Overall hotel comfort was great, however on the day of checking out - the hotel staff (receptionists) were very unhelpful in calling a taxi. They speak no English, which was a real challenge in providing the address of the hotel in French to the taxi company. If it wasn't for a couple of tourists who had helped in providing the address, the flight would have been missed. Advice>>>>> Make sure you speak some French, otherwise you may find yourself in trouble.

Overnight in Taissy, Reims
The hotel was basic but very comfortable bed. The room was small. Although it states Restaurant available, we arrived at 1930hrs and it was closed. A little bit disappointed with the stay

Good place to stop overnight for great price.
Positives: great price for good overnight stay, easy car park, easy automated check-in, polite and cheerful staff Negatives: bathroom more like pop up bathroom and door didn't close well, and towels stored on shelf above toilet, so can easily fall into the toilet! Strictly no eating in the rooms. Overall: Great price for a place to rest during a road trip.

excellent service and comfort for the price paid
Excellent small hotel with clean and comfortable room(s) and really nice breakfast. It was a little bit more expensive than we have paid so far for a night just to break long trips but it was worthy. I am not going to name the ohter hotels (range of £25 a night and up; Calais/Dunkerque area) but this was like a heaven compare to them. The rooms were spotlessly clean, did not smell of cigarette smoke (Calais/Dunkerque hotels) and the breakfast was really nice. Also the checking out till 12pm was benefitial. We can only highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again. The only thing we cannot comment on is the distance from the city centre as we used the hotel as a break for our journey Calais - Provance.

It is a hotel for a quick stop on the road. The rooms are very small and not sound proof.It is a decent hotel for a one night stand. It has a restaurant and location is not noisy.

Convenient Stop-over
Well positioned for the autoroute. No-frills functional accommodation. Rooms clean but small and the bathroom a "module" type similar to on a ship. The staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was simple but adequate. There is a restaurant serving pizza's but we wanted to make more of a night of it so went out. There were no restaurants in the local area but we found a great place in the next "town". Excellent value in a great location. We will use again.

Fast hotel Reims France
The current roadworks on the motorway exit made it a little more difficult to get to the hotel as we had downloaded a set of directions before we left home. We choose this hotel because it had a restaurant and as we were travelling with two 76 year olds we didn't want to have to go out to eat in the evening after a long car journey. On the evening of our visit we were told that both the restaurant and bar were closed. The Campanille Hotel was down the road this had a restaurant but the staff there were very un helpful which meant we had to get back in the car to find somewhere to eat. breakfast was Ok but very limited choice.

Déçus par l’environnement !
Un couple a fait du bruit jusqu’à plus de 4h du matin : téléphone toute la nuit avec haut parleur forcément, rires, bruits divers,… Nous supposons, avec mon mari, qu’il s’agit d’un dealer qui fait son business. C’est vraiment dommage ! Ça a pourri notre séjour. La chambre était plutôt propre et le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet und haben ein kleines Bad, TV (französische Sender) und Klimaanlage. Alles ist sauber. Pro Zimmer gibt es nur einen Hocker. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren während Corona geschlossen worden und noch nicht wieder geöffnet... So konnte man nur im Zimmer auf Bett und den einen Hocker sitzen. Draußen gab es keinerlei Sitzgelegenheiten in der Nähe. Wir waren uns drei Jahren schon einmal hier, da standen draußen wenigstens noch Stühle und Tische, die waren aber jetzt eingezäunt, so saßen jetzt viele Leute auf dem Boden neben ihrer Eingangstür. Für die Durchreise oder zwei, drei Nächte, wenn man z.B. Reims erkunden möchte, ist es zu empfehlen.
