Parking very limited, when asking the security got parking or not he not friendly say parking limit and ask me parking at the garden parking. When I ask reception got parking or not he told me anything you ask my security. I would stay second time in this hotel.

Very disappointed as we couple with two single bed. the room without fridge, no warddrobe. hanger given only 3. the view is just facing the dirty shoplot especially inside the cup got hair and got dirt.. seem like the cup no wash at all. we check in on 27.12.20 about 6pm then immediately we check out about 7pm once we reallize this hotel make me uncomfortable. this my first and last experience. this really not my recomendation. bad and worst...

We booked two rooms, smelly toilet with dirty stain on the wall. I saw a lizard in my room. No refrigerator. Breakfast was so so only. Limited car park at the basement. No lift from basement to lobby, there's staircase in front the lobby, not recommended for senior citizens.

Bad and Dirty Hotel
Worst hotel experience, dirty and uncomfortable. The toilet is beyond dirty. Lack of parking as well, all of them are reserved and the guards are rude.

Abit dusty with the room eg floor, bed, bed sheet, glass. I think quite long time no clean the room due to mayb lack of people stay the hotel.

Comfortable hotel next to picturesque Taiping Lake
Helpful staff. Efficient check in. Hotel is located directly next to the scenic and peaceful Taiping lake. However it is further away from Taiping city center (recommend you download the grab app - Asia’s equivalent to uber as it’s a long 20+ min walk in humid Malaysia weather ) Rooms are older styled and well used but comfortable. Fully functional, though bathroom could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet included a made to order egg station. Majority of the buffet was Asian styled breakfast foods, which I enjoyed trying (e.g Asian rice porridge, traditional Malay noodles “Chow Kwai Teow” etc. Even the sweet breakfast items were Asian styled Eg. Asian Jelly or Mango pudding) thus may be unusual for travelers unfamiliar with Asian cuisines. Small but pleasant roof top bar with a small but clean pool, where you can take stunning views of Taiping landscape. Overall pleasant stay.

1. not enough parking lots. that's ok provided the director does not take up 2 lots for himself. guests comes first. not him. the staff told me the director's name is kk.lim 2. the glass window at the top of the bathroom facing the beds should be covered up. everytime the bathroom light is switched on the light shines into the bedroom making it bright. other ppl might not be able to sleep especially midnight/night 3. i see ppl smoking freely up in the skybar. 4. staff must be taught let guests into the lifts first not they themselves pushing their way in. 5. while booking i made 2 requests. give me a double twin bed instead of 2 single beds and have my window facing the lake. noone replied to say sorry my request could not be met. i am fine but at least let me know and i can make arrangement with an upgraded room with twin beds. my first and last time staying at this hotel. tq

Overall all the hotel is consider fine. The only two things is 1. Service at the reception is slightly poor due to only 1 staff at the reception when checked in and checked out 2. The buffet breakfast is limited choice and limited food at the tray. Worst still some food are not fresh exp recook

The Hotel was fine, the menu needs to be better, the corridors needed to be brighter as did the bedrooms, it was clean and friendly, on the outskirts of town, beautiful lakes and scenery on your door step but not much else

We like the location which is facing Taiping Lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is satisfactory. We booked a room with 2 single beds but were given a queen bed instead.

Pleasant Stay at Flemington
This was our second stay at Flemington and as we found it to be a good choice as it is located near the Taiping Lake Gardens. The hotel is clean and has the usual modern amenities and the breakfast provided is nice.

Second Visit as Good as the First
The Flemington is a very decent place to stay. We booked a superior double, perfectly good per size with even a bit of Lake view. Desk and a sitting area rounded out the room. Good shower and comfy bed. Staff was not overly friendly, but we experienced that dining out as well, so maybe just a Taiping vibe. Great rooftop pool and location next to park
