The property is right across from Taipei 101 with all the shopping and dining right at your doorstep. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I complained the room was cold, a heater was provided. We needed to get to the cruise terminal in Keelung and the woman at the desk arranged a taxi and came out to explain to the driver in Chinese where to go. Would definitely stay again.

Taipei 101 Sparkle
The hotel is just a traffic light across Taipei 101. Excellent location for moving around Xinyi district. Room is very basic. Wash basin being directly behind the front door is uncommon, but not a problem. Wi-Fi seems to be unstable at times. Otherwise a decent hotel for business travellers when location is more important than prestige.

Great, convenient hotel right next to Taipei 101
The location is perfect (right next to Taipei 101). The staff was great and very helpful. The room is a little small, but in this part of town, that is expected. If you are looking to party, or explore Taipei, this is a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights in early November. Best location—right across the street from Taipei 101 which has lots of options for dining and shopping; Literally MRT redline station is just outside the hotel. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Mr. Fan at front desk is so caring, kind and gentle. He made me feel like at home when I was traveling. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

The hotel staff was kind and responsive. Wonderful service. The hotel itself has some drawbacks. There is a bar/nightclub located in the hotel which was directly above my room. It was so loud that I wasn’t able to sleep until after they closed. If you have children, I do not recommend. Also, the first room I check into had a very strong mold smell and there was a considerable amount of mold on the walls. The staff changed my room immediately and was very accommodating. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay.

Wonderful stay with excellent staff and delicious breakfast. It was very clean and an excellent location to food and Taipei 101. I would stay here again. Only thing to note, is the walls are thin so you can hear music and talking in other rooms.

Subterranean hotel so quiet. Basic but good. Staff nice and keen. Room was a good size. Position was excellent. A hop skip and a jump from the 101 WTC metro exit no 3. Price was great

It’s good location next to Taipei 101. Although it shows free parking, it is not available when I check in. But there’s few parking lots next to hotel.($410NT for 8 hours) The room is cozy. Everything you need is there.

Perfect price for the perfect location!
Rooms are small but clean, cute and comfortable. The size didn’t matter to us, since we were there to shop and sightsee. We only used the room to sleep and shower. Taipei 101 is directly across the street and so are the the red line train stations. It was the perfect location.

Overall the property is clean and staff were friendly. A plus was that the hotel had a good variety of TV channels for entertain in the late night. Great location as well being next to the red subway line and the Taipei 101 where there are lots of shops and food within a 10 minute walking radius.

Arrived late and surprised to find the hotel below ground level. The room was large and clean but dark with very poor lighting. Although the room had a full glass wall it looked at a 3 to 4 metre high wall across a metre widepath. Very convenient location

SPARK JOY for sure....
Very pleased with our stay at Sparkle 101... didnt know that it is so close to Taipei 101 bldg and it is like our go-to almost daily... very convenient and located like just next to the train station. Good price and nice room too.. Thou there is no open window in the room, with the upgrade of the room that was avail when we checked in most certainly delighted us.... had to pay extra but I think it is totally worth it....

As this hotel is located in the underground, my cell phone couldn't receive any messages, nor wifi connection. The hotel says that wifi is available in the room, but it is too weak. If you keep opening the door open, maybe you can use wifi, but it is not realistic.

Pleasantly surprised.. Just what I like on a business trip, perfect location next to 101, modern clean, good size simple WIFI and no hassle.. Hotel doesn't have many facilities but if you just need a good room with shower and WIFI after work its perfect. Weird name though!

Convenient and clean
We stayed in a garden view room. And we did not get the breakfast option. We really liked the hotel. It was clean and the rooms are modern. Very convenient as it is right across the street from 101 and also lots of shopping and restaurants near by. The train station is also right in front of the hotel. I was really tired at the end of the day so did not notice much noise from the other rooms.

location is the best for going to events at world trade centre which is just directly across. the building look old on the outside but the hotel at the basement is well renovated and clean. dont expect much from breakfast but metro is just in front of you.. you can have tons of local breakfast stops away. nearest convenience store is at the train station, if it is closed then you got to walk about 400m south west of the hotel to a 7-11. will definetly book here again..

Great location and comfy.
Great location directly across from Taipei 101 and easy access to metro Red line. Bed was very comfortable and I really liked the lavender toiletries. There is a nice bar on the first floor, but the breakfast was very basic and limited.
