Liked: Staff & service
Very convenient location as it is just in front of one of the Taipei Main Station exits with plenty of food options around the vicinity. Staff were also helpful and it was nice to have a lounge where we could heat up food and eat. The only thing to improve was that some of the towels provided were already greyish and very old and smelt terrible.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The rooms were nothing like the pictures and the triple room was dusty, everything was dated, at least the bed seems clean. The location is the only thing this place has going for it. It's close to Taipei main station and the high-speed rail station. Would not recommend

Great price in a great location

Airport pickup option was great, staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were big, super convenient to a big train station, and the fact they have a lounge is awesome. Good price too for a place like this.
