Great staff at this hotel, who are all very helpful and polite. Room is a little small especiallly for 3 pax. Overall, a great place to stay as it is close to amenities and extremely convenient to go around Taipei.

The location is fantastic, amidst good food and very near Taipei main station. the room is really tiny though. Can't really relax in it as there is no space n no chair. Must walk sideways around the room.

A gem at a great location
Location is great, close to all transports and amenities. The room was clean and staffs are friendly. However, the room was a bit small and we had difficulty to find space to lay down and open our three luggage during the evening.

Best hotel in Taipei!!
The staff was super nice and helpful! They held my bags for me so that I could go exploring the first day I got there since I arrived 9am. The bed and pillows were very comfy! Air conditioner worked great. There was a fridge and complimentary water and fruit, so thoughtful! The water pressure and shower great! The only thing I would say that needs improvement are the floors but they give you slippers to wear. I was on the European Floor, Room 411. The location is perfect!!! It’s just down the street from Taipei Main Station which made it sooooo convenient to travel around and get to the airport on my last day. When I visit again, I will definitely be staying here!

Very uncomfortable. The bed was too soft and it hurt my back. Too soft! Too soft! Too soft! I was so disappointed with the bedding. The location of this hotel is good. However the bed too soft and I had to rest on the floor!

Great location with local food. About 15 min walk to Ximenting. 10 mins walk to Taipei Train Station. Convenient.spot. Hotel staff speaks English.and friendly. Room is clean and toiletries are provided. Great experience here.

I would recommend this hotel although room small it was clean and nice bathroom, staff very pleasant and added bonus could do your washing in washing machine we enjoyed our stay and would recommend hotel

Business hotel
We booked a 3 people room. The check-in was smooth, the staff were nice, ready to help anyway they can. Our room was on the second floor but it was very quiet. It was small thought so we didn't have enough room to place our luggage. And it was their largest room! We received a welcome bowl of fruits on the first day and then complimentary water and snacks every day we were there. There were mosquito 'heaters' in the hall which help with the elimination. Very close to the train station so we were able to take the airport coach to and from the airport. There are restaurants downstairs and banks to exchange money within a 5 min walk. They made the beds everyday and took out the garbage. Shower head is new and the rainforest kind. The toilet is a Japanese 'clean' your you-know what kind. I would definitely stay there again.

Nicely maintained hotel in great location, but...
This was my 4th time staying here. The location is excellent and the condition of facility is good. The only minor issue is the layout of the tiny rooms. I have stayed in many small rooms in Asia but the rooms here are especially cramped. In one room, there is a bed and a small desk, but no chair. To use the desk, you sit on the edge of the bed. In another room, the ceiling slopes down at a 45-degree angle, making it difficult to use the small space. Even in the bathroom, the mirror is at a 45-degree angle making it nearly useless.

Basic but clean, well-located and with personality
Typical budget Taipei hotel - located on 4 floors of a random apartment building off an alley; not all rooms have windows which might not be for everyone (can be hard to wake up w/o the sunrise) and and walls are *very* thin but staff was super nice and helpful (spoke great English), they have loaner umbrellas which is super nice gesture (and practical given how rainy TP is), the mattress was very comfy, the room/bathroom were clean, the decor of the lobby/room has a ton of personality (which put a smile on my face), good wifi, and it's in a great location - super close to Taipei Main Station and 15-min walk from great shopping and dining areas. Overall, would recommend to anyone traveling to TP on a budget!

Morwing is in the center of everything. Just a walking distance from Taipei Main Station. The staffs are all nice, very easy to approach. Their room is very clean, spacious and cold A/C. After a long day you can have a good rest because the area is very quiet. I will stay here again if I go back in Taipei.

Perfect place with reasonable price
We stayed here for 4 nights and everything is perfect. It’s very comfortable and clean. Staffs are very helpful and polite. The sound proof is very good. convenient location, walkable to and from bus, metro and train. They offer free self-help laundry which is a plus. The only thing not so perfect is the space is small, but it’s very common in Taipei.

This hotel punches above its weight
What do you expect from a USD 40 a night capital city centre hotel? Well I am very impressed with Morwings with several aspects that I wouldn’t expect such a place to have - for example super comfortable Seally branded mattress, Japanese style electric toilet and a rainwater style shower head. Yes the standard room I stayed in was tiny but it is so well designed that it works - the bathroom is a practical size and in the very compact sleeping area you get a good sized bed (with that high quality mattress), a small room safe, fridge, kettle and a TV. The hanging space being limited and only one drawer were the only drawbacks. The A/C unit is whisper quiet and the WiFi signal was constant and high speed. The room was kept very clean during my stay. Add in that the hotel is situated so conveniently for the main Taipei MRT station and its very friendly staff (English speaking)and you really can’t go wrong here if a budget room is what you are seeking. Highly recommended

Great place in a perfect location
Great value! As i read from the other reviews, i knew the rooms were small, so it was no problem. Service was outstandingly friendly and helpful. The area is very near to the main trainstation and there is food and convenience stores all around. The bed was super comfortable and Ac worked great. I could not wish for more for so little money.

hotel is very near to many eateries. near to M6 Taipei main station and K4 undergrd mall room is quite small. but bathroom size is adequate. we found a small roach scurrying in the room though. so probably need to do spring clean? staff is polite and quite accommodating.

I went to Taiwan 5 days , It is very good time in my life , First off , I can't find the hotel because I get lost, when I call the reception try to explained it is very easy and take short time from Taipei main station. Our room is small but have everything that we need , clean , free coffee and snacks , The best things is welcome fruits. Thank you for everything that you try to serve us like a home .
