The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenience for sightseeing. But the carpets in hallway is stained. As the price is reasonable, I would like to recommend it.

Booked this during peak season that cost $100 per night and at that price point, it wasn’t value for money because of the lack of cleaning and room was kind of small. Location wise is good though. I think the hotel needs a serious revamp as the carpets are very stained and wifi not working well.

This is a perfect hotel for a solo traveler for one or two nights. I stayed in transit to another city and found it to be very comfortable and conveniently located near the train station.

The price is right for me. All I need is a quiet and clean room to stay. Very close to Taipei Train Station and MRT. Friendly staff and let me check-in early. Will definitely come back again.

Had a 22 hour layover in Taipei and this hotel was great for what I needed. Got in late night, so I took the bus into the city. It was a 9 minute walk on mostly large well travelled streets to get to the hotel, and a 24 McDonalds is located next to the entrance. Even though I checked in past hours, the hotel was able to work out a quick and easy check in. They held my bags when I got an early start to the day. Biggest negative is the wifi. Do not stay here if you need wifi access as I tried multiple connections and neither stayed connected for more than 30 seconds.

Its got good customer service, good area, easy for food n shopping but for the hotel itself, it needs to be bigger, and better facilities and longer front desk.

A lovely choice
The room is nice and big and there is plenty of plug for you to use, and the lighting is sufficient. Yet the carpet of the corridor is very dirty and the air along the corridor smells damp and unpleasant, sometimes I need to hold my breath in order to pass the corridor. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the MTR and there is a 24 hour mcdonald on the the ground floor.

Happy Stay at Pause Inn
The location is very convenient with transportation and food all around. Room was big enough and they do provide snacks and soft drink during your stay and excellent breakfast Mostly whatever you need you can find in your room Thank you 方小姐和邱先生for the wonderful breakfast Thank you for the always friendly welcoming from the check in staff and they are friendly to talk to Thank you to the housekeeping staff for maintaining my room cleanliness I will be back next time Keep up the good work

I thought my booking was for a night but I was told it is only for 2 hours rest so I booked right there and then for a night. the table was sticky, there was this one little thing crawling on my bed so I killed it. and for a non-smoking hotel, I woke up in the middle of the night because I smelled someone smoking. but in fairness, my previous bookings with the same hotel was very comfortable. maybe its the location. my previous stays are all on 5F and I got a room on 8F this time.

Comfy and cosy
To find a bathtub in the bathroom and a gym in an inn setting is fairly awesome. Do take note that the inn is located within a shared building and the lobby is on the 5th floor just gotta take a lift up outside the entrance of Macdonald's downstairs (yes there is a 24 hour Macdonald's at the ground floor if you ever feel peckish. They do provide an adequate toast breakfast served with beverages and fruit in the morning so no worries on that end. The only downside i can think of is that the room layout was a bit narrow such that when i opened 1 of my suitcases fully there wasnt space enough to walk. Overall would recommend it for its value and location given its proximity to the Taipei main Station which is the main transport hub within the city and rail links to the airport and other cities in Taiwan.

The hotel is located about a block from Taipei Main Station, which made it convenient for traveling around the city using the metro. The minor complaint I had was that the hotel shares two elevators with other businesses, so there were times you had to wait a while to get up to the lobby or your room. Overall I thought the hotel was pleasant and would come back.

Very clean and centrally located. Room is very small, but very clean and staff are friendly. Unlimited coffee is a plus. Make sure you bring your own sugar as it is not separately provided.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. There was the option to make the room over daily or they offered more eco friendly options. There was a laundry room; however, there was no space to hang up wet clothes that could not be placed in the dryer. The cafeteria was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the gym was often used for luggage storage so I did not feel comfortable using it. Make sure that the hotel knows if you are more than one adult in a room (they tried to charge us extra at check-in for our room even though the reservation stated that we were two adults). The location was amazing and made it very convenient to get anywhere quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay there again.

The first night the staff wanted to charge us extra because we were two adults. However, our reservation already clearly stated that we were two adults. The staff member eventually cancelled the charge but this was not a good way to begin our trip after 30 hours of traveling. Besides this, the staff has been excellent - kind and helpful. The room is very clean but very humid and damp which makes it a little uncomfortable because everything feels a little wet.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here. This hotel was just renovated, it’s so clean and new everywhere. The room was spacious even I have 2 big suitcases. There’s a glass door to separate the shower and the toilet. They have a coffee bar and provided free tea bags and coffee all the time. I will stay here again for sure.
