" I have multiple stays here. I was staying elsewhere and switched to TownePlace. I called asking for a few requests and the lady said to call back later in the afternoon after rooms were cleaned and she would see what she could do. I called and every rewuest was answered and I started my stay. The lady was Chelsea, which I later found out was the manager. At the time of this review i am still at TownPlace continuing my stay. "staff was so friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and comfortable even though very minimal amenities. could have really used a microwave. the one in the lobby was usable but had to go downstairs whenever we heated up leftovers. overall i would book a TRU again."
