This is a very new hotel, and thus the facility condition is ver good. The bed size is large and comfortable. However, we do notice someone intentionally scratch the inner side of the elevator door. Also, the drainage in the shower room could be improved by slightly adjusting the level of the floor to speed up the water dissipation. Thanks

服務非常好，房內設備有疑問，前台服務人員Debbie親切快速的幫我解決問題。未來出差應該都會選這家。請問房內吹風機是Tescom的哪個型號？意料之外的好用。

入住期間每隔一小時有機器運轉的噪音與震動睡眠一直被打斷反應兩次沒有妥善被解決櫃檯人員表示因客滿無法提供換房服務將會寄送免費住宿卷保證下次入住會提供遠離噪音的房型

4月3日帶雙胞胎兒女晚上入住，與櫃檯人員（女性）要了兩張棉被（態度很好），但夜晚22:30左右因為孩子還是覺得冷，便與另一位值夜班女櫃檯再多追加一條棉被給小朋友保溫用，此位女性櫃檯人員不斷質疑為何要棉被，中間我也不斷解釋，但得到的回應質疑態度還是令人感到不適…雖然最後還是有給予棉被，但這種態度對於客人很不禮貌，衷心希望能做好員工教育訓練，避免影響客人出遊心情，感謝。

房間不小，尤其是廁所很大。早餐也很豐富。服務人員很NICE。唯一美中不足的是廁所如果不抽風，會有沼氣臭味。有跟飯店反映，說要打臭氧，但是當下已經很晚，也不太可能出門，只好整晚開抽風。

淋浴間設計不佳

1.淋浴間的門的設計是往外開, 但又與地板幾乎無空隙, 腳踏墊無法緊臨在淋浴間門外, 進出不方便 2.淋浴間的門關閉時無法密合, 導致淋浴時水潑灑導致非淋浴區淹水濕滑 3.淋浴間沐浴用品架設偏高, 小孩或身材嬌小的人不易壓取沐浴用品

很好的住宿體驗

離三井outlet開車8分鐘，風很大但只有室外停車場很可惜，房間寬敞舒適，設備新穎，隔音雖不是很好，但枕頭很好睡，所以直接一覺到天亮。沒有提供備品，要記得自己帶，總之是好的住宿體驗，會願意回訪。

只有早餐的餐廳是加分的。房間部分玻璃不乾淨，地毯也有很多污漬。樓層總共4層樓，房間位在2樓，整個感覺只適合教育訓練，不適合渡假氛圍。

在這酒店住了兩天，由進店的服務開始，到住宿環境設備都十分滿意，早餐是值得嘉許的，款式很多及美味，有小孩子玩耍的遊樂室，免費停車，四星級嘅價錢五星級嘅享受，值得推薦入住

整體環境還可以

飯店後面是梧棲老街，飯店若有提供腳踏車會方便很多。房間冷氣有滴水的聲音，雖然很小聲，對睡眠品質要求較高的，會感到困擾
