Great Customer Service
Customer service is amazing; Room is much smaller than expected (as the images shows a wide-angle perspective); Temperature of shower is inconsistent and unpredictable as it can get from hot to cold within seconds - probably if two person is using water at the same time.

The room is super pretty and location is convenient. Walkable from taichung rail station (not the HSR station). Toiletries and towel are provided. There is staff counter for check in and check out, very fuss free. Oh and their shampoo is amazing, leaves my hair really soft! Also found a few famous local eateries frequented by locals nearby too!

Close to Taichung train station, so easy access to THSR connection. Apparently due to public holiday, check-in was 2 hours later than normal; we were only informed when we tried to check in.

Perfect stay
Really lovely modern hotel, beautiful interior. Great rooms, very quiet and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming, excellent service. Nice breakfast. Good location.

Great stay
This hotel is totally out of my expectation, the location is great, the room is modern yet practical, the staff is super helpful especially thanks to Alison Yang who gave me the very good advice. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends who are interested in visiting Taichung!

Friendly staff, really loved the modern interior design. The hotel is very clean, though a bit smaller than I expected. Great location, close to Taichung station for any travel outside of the city. The local breakfast is also an awesome idea, they provide a platform for local start up businesses to showcase their food. We had the bagels from Golden Chef, and they were the best bagels I ever tasted - just the right amount of crispness and fluffiness and nothing like the ones you have in the U.S. I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Taichung.

Nice to the railway station
Room is big and comfortable. The staffs is helpful, friendly and attentive. Hence happy stay in the hotel. Walking distance to the new railway station. A mail and cinema nearby but is is far from other attractions or even the Feng Jia Market.

Clean and heart warming hotel
Our 2 days stay with them was wonderful . Breakfast provided are local famous food which save our time to search for good food . The room is clean and the facilities are good as well . Importantly the staff there was helpful and warm.definately worth the price ! Great hotel and hospitality !

房間很乾淨住得很舒服，裝潢也很棒，最喜歡房間的插座很多，而且是萬用插座，超級方便。 飯店附近有很多小食店和飲料店，便利店也很近。前台的職員笑容超好的，服務態度也很專業。 總結而言這是一家性價比超高的飯店！

有設計感的旅館
這次住雙床房型，房間不大但兩個人攤開行李的空間是有的。乾淨 無菸味 床好睡 房間明亮。喜歡它的磁磚和整體配色，有風格。沒有設計衣櫃，牆上有幾個掛衣架的，若住多天可能有困擾。牆壁是水泥石牆所以隔音不錯。餐廳很可愛，早餐尚可（早期主打台中有名的美食，現在似乎取消了）。退房後可以寄放行李繼續玩。整體感受很好，無可挑剔了。

附近有大型商場，十分接近台中車站，附近美食亦很多。 房間不大，但床及房間都很好，下次來台中必定會再入住。

ホテル内はロビー、部屋とも清掃がきちんとされてました。台中駅のすぐ近くですが、結構静かで快適でした。朝食は４種類から選べて、チェックイン時に注文します。肉まんは肉汁たっぷりの台湾式、いきなりかぶりつかないように注意が必要です。

整體感覺良好，房間內一切都很好，尤其枕頭及床都超超超舒服，可以睡一個好覺，唯一可惜是雪櫃不夠冷，另外即煮早餐安排原本都不錯，不怕浪費食物之餘，對酒店成本方面都容易預算又環保，如在個別餐款上可分別點不同口味就更佳，如沙律菜可自行選擇不同醬汁，蛋類可選煎或炒蛋，包類可選湯包或刈包，即如選飲料一樣可以自己選擇，這樣便不怕浪費了 (因為本人及家人都剛巧不吃芝麻醬及炒蛋) 不過整體仍是很好，職員亦很友善及有禮，我們都說下次可再次光顧
