"This is the perfect room for a lovely stay downtown. It is not too far from restaurants or the pier. It is a very clean room and the staff are excellent. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but it has a San Francisco charm and the room itself is comfortable. "

"My view was of trash and the steep driveway that makes the property very hard to walk with luggage. No airport shuttle 20 USD each way for 3 min ride. No safe, weird smell, no hairdryer and just nope! It is cheap but add 40$ for taxi. I walked to the grocery store for dinner and had a mudslide coming at me on the way back past poorly cared for dogs. Just a bad way to end my dream vacation. "

"The pool area was clean and very nice , the waterfall features were not working, the pool is very big and shallow end as well as chest deep style standing pool. The staff was very helpful and always ready to make your trip amazing "
