"Just a great property all around. For going a few minutes down the road from downtown you get a very well appointed, updated hotel. Breakfast was excellent, pool and Sauna are is nicely updated. Amazingly kid friendly, will be back soon! "

"Spacious well maintained apartments. Rural area. Nice scenery. Friendly staff. Free washer dryers for guests in each apartment building. We stayed in the essex building and drove to the main building to check out the amenities and watch a movie in the theater. The kitchens are well stocked. The area is rural and did not have any cell signal for our various providers. There is unsecured WiFi all around the property. Bring groceries with you. "

"We have stayed at the Hanover Inn many times. It is a beautiful upscale Inn with lots of attention to detail. The front desk team members are so caring and well trained. The only concern we had during this trip was the valet service. They were very disorganized, lack solid communication and customer service skills. Unfortunate because they are the first interaction of a visitors stay at the beautiful Inn. "

"The room had a food smell. There were little black flies in the room. When I notified the desk the gentleman said he would be sure to report it to the proper person. No offer of a discount on the price of the room or even a voucher for a future stay which I never would have used. Not interested in staying there again. "
