"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside. Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. "The overall hotel was good and the room was spacious enough for us. The view was beautiful and the location as very convenient. The only things I didnt like was the cleaning services. We had requested cleaning everyday as we have little kids. The cleaning job done was bad .They didnt even clean the bathrooms properly.Only the beds were made and the towels were changed.But what areas needed cleaning wasnt cleaned.We have sticky food marks on table that stayed there for our entire stay despite the staff coming and "cleaning" everyday."
