"Skip and Jane were wonderful hosts! Everything you would expect from a Victorian home bed and breakfast. Lost of history to see and enjoy. The yard and gardens were well groomed, the rooms were very clean. There happened to be a major heat wave when we were visiting and they brought a portable AC unit to our room on the 3rd floor to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious as well. They were very kind to ask about allergies, sensitivities or diet preferences...

"We came down to DuPont to escape the fireworks war zone that our street turns into every July 4th. This was a perfect 2-day getaway. So many positives: dog friendly, super comfortable beds and pillows, great, responsive, helpful, friendly staff, a pool (we didn't swim but we could have) and even a decent gym - dumbbells up to 50 lbs, two adjustable benches and a double cable rack, plus a lot of cardio equipment.
