The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. Over-all it was bang for the buck. Property is clean and has a stable internet, we got all we need. Owner is accommodating and nice. Only downside is no back up power source if there is a power interruption or black out.

Great place to stay and we are comfortable, highly recommended to our friends who will visit Bicol area.

I am quiet disappointes because the town was looking nice but then they made the opposite bldg of the Shopping mall as waiting for trycicles which looks like so chaotic and dia organised...but i did have a great time during my visit to my home town.
