"We had a lovely stay at Sapa Clay House. The staff is very attentive and they put a lot of love and care into the property. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapa. The meals served here were also incredible and healthy. You can tell they truly care about their guests and ensuring they have a wonderful stay. Thank you for hosting us! "

"The place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with stunning surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind. Lee was especially helpful, giving great tips about the area. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing stay in Sapa."

"I had a medical emergency and had to cut my first time to Sapa short so I was only here two nights. At night it's a fairly quiet street, there are two or three bars, foot massage, and Hmong broidery shops very near the hotel. A 5 minute walk and you're in the pedestrian zone with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. So it is in good proximity if you want to be in the vity center. The only put-off is they are demolishing a building right across the street so they start at 7:30 and the noise was a deal breaker if I had the option or time to change rooms from front to back. The rooftop view is amazing, and the breakfast restaurant overlooks the valley, great place to have your morning ritual! Sadly I only got to enjoy it once. The room was clean, water hot and high pressure, bathroom well appointed, bed comfortable, all the necessities are there. I would gladly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be in the town square area - tons of tour guide places nearby to schedule those day trips, and the reception desk quite helpful. "
