"We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was charming and the double beds weren't too small. The two small complaints have to do with the quality of some of the towels - original towels were as threadbare and scratchy as a scouring pad but replacements were plush. Breakfast is excellent with several types of eggs but could definitely have more - i.e. sausages, ham and/or potatoes. We would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Syracuse!"

"I can definitely see that the angle Miss Paris is playing against Air B&B is working here!!! :) Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing room, perfect layout, spacious, clean, great staff, incredible breakfast, room service doesn't bother you until after 11... Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back. Thank you."

"There was some construction. Front desk was so nice!! They gave us a food voucher! My only complaint is the floor in the room was sticky. I walk barefoot. And i would wash my feet in the tub constantly because the soles of my feet would get black with dirt."

"I have no complaints. The staff is always helpful and every time I’ve stayed here, they have always went above and beyond for me and family. It is an older hotel but for the price and location, I will def make this hotel my first choice when staying. "
