Wir waren rundum zufrieden: Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - angefangen beim Check in, übers Frühstück hin zur Bar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Pool und skybar sind ein Highlight. Einzig die Brötchen fand ich geschmacklich und von der Konsistenz her verbesserungswürdig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer ist schön ausgestattet und eingerichtet, inkl. Balkon mit Strandkorb und Seeblick. (Es wäre noch erholsamer, wenn die Sunset-Bar nachts die Beleuchtung ausmachen würde.) Die kleinen Leckereien am Empfang runden es ab. Der rote Microlino als Mietwagen ist klasse! Der Wellness-Bereich ist wunderschön. Tolles Frühstück. Leider sonst kein Restaurant. Wenn man Hunde mag, ist es besser. Vielleicht könnte man für die Balkons rauchfreie Zeiten einrichten, z.B. von 21h bis 9h?

Der Meerblick ist fantastisch! Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung zum Teil marode und in den Heizkörpern im Restaurant hängt der Staub der letzten Jahre. Auch ein Maler könnte einiges übertünchen. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer sauber. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.

Generell eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, hatten aufgrund von tech Problemen Schwierigkeiten am Check in und uns wurde gesagt ein Check in ist sowieso erst 15 Uhr möglich. Jedoch kamen 3 weitere Buchungen und eine große Gruppe nach uns die direkt aufs Zimmer durften. Hätten uns hier eine transparentere Aussage gewünscht so wirkte es wie ein “ihr seid jetzt nicht wichtig”. Es wäre auch schön gewesen mit dem schwankenden Start während des Aufenthaltes gefragt zu werden ob alles in Ordnung sei und nicht nur am Ende beim Check out. Trotz alledem haben wir aufgrund der Umstände ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen, Zimmer und Frühstück waren auch super! Trotz des holprigen Start hatten wir dennoch eine schöne Zeit und würden es auch weiterempfehlen. Nur mit paar Optimierungen ;)
