From the moment I arrived, the concierge team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. ​The room itself was spotless. It was notably clean and had a lovely fresh scent upon entry, which is always a great first impression. ​The location is hard to beat. It’s situated in a prime spot, and it was a very easy walking distance to public transport, making it simple to get around and explore the city. ​I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and professionally run place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!"

"The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem. "

"Great position overlooking Darling Harbour and easy to get around from there. We arrived early but we were able to check in and have our room straight away which was a delight. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and clean towels provided every day. Staff are lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
