"No ice machine and no ice from reception and when we asked for some tall glasses we were told no, we fon't have any. Then we asked for some small glasses and the hotel person demanded to see the cupboard (we showed them that a 2 bedroom apartment only had 3 small tumblers), I don't think they believed ..."
