Leaky bathroom, room phone not working had to walk to front desk for any request, room not cleaned the second night, coffee tea not stocked, no night stands in room, no security latch, felt nervous entire etay

The room was filthy and smelt like cigarettes. The stains on the floor were putrid and I’m not sure what it was but there was something banging in the roof all night. The bed was rock hard. Very cheap I agree, but won’t be here again

Where do i start, payed top dollar for, carpets dirty, bathroom smells, in there book they say they have room service but don't, no cutlery, smallest fridge ive ever seen that dose not get cold, very thin walls, shower head fell off when turned on, very noisy from other people, the beds are the worst we have slept in, overall i would not recommend this hotel at all.

Older hotel, but updated and very comfortable. Staff was great. My only complaint is that the carpet in the room was in very poor shape - what looked like multiple cigar burns and stains. Otherwise the room was nice, updated, quiet and comfortable.

No room smells bed was good, Netflix, good size room and easy parking. The motel does need some outside TLC but not to bad all in all. Would use again if in the area

The hotel was conveniently located for an event we were attending. Our room was nice and reasonably clean - we did notice some long, dark hairs on the carpet near the bed. The shower was good and hot and the bed quite comfortable. There were some noisy guests across from us who were sitting outside their room after midnight and some others came home after 2am. (Not the fault of the hotel but not great) We would stay at this hotel again in future.

The hotel was filthy dirty bed sheets, chair the i would not sit on because it was that dirty. Carpets heavily stained generally run down. Not to mention the bugs and cockroaches. Book 3 nights only stayed 1 went elsewhere for the other nights. My colleagues room was the same

I was fine to overlook the first hiccup because it wasn’t a big deal and sometimes things happen that are unavoidable, but not multiple issues. It took quite a while to get into the room as the reception couldn’t get the cards to unlock the rooms to work. That’s ok there was no hurry. She eventually used her staff master key to let me in the room and came back with keys supposedly to the room a few minutes later. That would have been fine. An hour later just after I’d had a shower the lock on the door to my room buzzed and in walks a couple with all their bags. If it was 2 minutes earlier and I’d have been completely naked and I can say I’d have made a far bigger complaint then. There’s no soundproofing so was hearing the family next door slamming their door every few minutes for the first couple of hours, and more than 5 times between 2am-4am. Next I had to leave my room for a while, I came back and the key I’d been given to my room didn’t even work. What if I’d come back after reception hours closed? Guy on reception tried to be a smart@ss about it until it didn’t work for him either. So guests from other rooms could get into my room but I couldn’t. Yeah, not impressed. Then the tv only picked up ABC channels of the free to air not helpful when wanting channel 7, and the fridge didn’t even cool the water at all that put in there after it being in there all night. At least it wasn’t food or medication that needed to be kept cool

I think for the price, my stay was quite good. I liked the chairs out the front. Breaky was good, and the staff were pleasant. TV signal was dodgy on the channel I was watching, and the fridge barely got cold. Overall the room was clean and well presented and I enjoyed my stay. I would reccomend this hotel and I will stay there again.

Short business trip to Bankstown, NSW
Great to be upgraded to a twin room but unfortunately the room have issues (phone not working, TV bracket not secured properly, etc) whereby I would need to be changed to another room (even new room also having other issues). Informed 3 different front desk officers and each one gave me different answers. However, finally the issue was resolved by Belinda and I did enjoy my stay there !

Have stayed many times and rate it as an OK hotel. An ongoing issue is the tiny bar fridges that only reach cool, not cold. We take an esky full of ice if we stay stay on a hot night. And always wonder why a supposed 4 star hotel does not supply face washers or hand towels. Weird. But will stay again.

Easy parking near the area, with shops near by. But the carpet was stained with something everywhere. The room also smelled really bad. The beds were also itchy and didn't look like they were washed at all. The area of the hotel/motel was alright but the actual rooms were not that good. the service was okay though. Overall, it wasn't a very good experience.
