Perfect location and within 5-6 walking distance to Accor Stadium. The two-bedroom apartment was a great size and very comfortable. The only downsize was the cleanliness could have been slightly better in the bathroom and we found mugs in the cupboard that looked like they hadn't been cleaned and were heavily coffee stained. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we will return again. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

I’m sorry to say but the rooms we were allocated were just not ok. I did not complain as we here there for 1 night to see a band. The rooms absolutely smelt like sewer. The bathrooms were the source. We knew hotel was fully booked so wouldn’t be able to be moved so went straight to Woolworths to get air fresheners. It made it bearable until we went to concert then soon as we are back and first thing in morning smell was still there like you were at a treatment plant. All windows were locked, unable to open- understand for safety reasons but no way to dilute to air. I don’t usually complain but the hotel needs to address this issue. Paid over $500 to stay in a pretty ordinary setting.

Improve the tv’s to allow basic sports and streaming. Didn’t get a mid stay clean or towel change. Weren’t notified of no parking option until 1 day prior to our departure. Given it was grand final weekend, with a major event on the Saturday seems like something that should’ve been notified at booking. Curtains don’t link up allowing a lot of light through. Reception team were exceptional and so very helpful.

Olympic Park is unfortunately one of those places that all parking is paid parking. We have a secure underground car park that must be reserved but guarantees a space at 44.00 per night. Alternatively, right next door is the P2B council car park, this is subject to availability at time of arrival and a ticketed system at a charge of 30.00 per 24 hours. I have highlighted your upgrade comments to the owners. This will support our business case that we are in urgent need of a refurbishment. Amazing to be this close to Stadium Australia!
I feel like I won the lottery staying here and attending the Semi- and Final of the Women's World Cup 2023. It was so easy to walk to the games, enjoy the pre-game events and then walk back and go to sleep before the crowds had even gotten their transport home. IT WAS SO FUN!

Great amenities for heating up leftovers etc. room is clean and the king bed is super comfy. Room is great for staying at Sop for a day or two for events.
