"Fantastic place. Friendly staff, Clean rooms. Great coffee and croissants in the morning. Fun and in a perfect location. What else can you ask for?! The family room had bunk beds in a separate room-handy for travelling with kids. I’d gladly stay again without hesitation."

Worst service we have ever encountered.
"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience. The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time. Their policy is to email over the lockbox code and side map on the day of arrival. We did not receive this and had a local friend call to ask, ..."
