But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. "The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would have preferred the bed to have had a thinner duvet as the room was hot and it was too noisy too sleep with the window open. There were tea making facilities in the room and the receptionists were happy to supply extra tea bags when asked. The hotel is 2 minutes away from bus stops to and from the main station, and near a major landmark so it's easy to find. It's also within walking distance of the shopping centre and tourist spots. There was a varied selection of food for breakfast and always fresh fruit in reception to provide an evening snack."

"Excellent check in, quick stroll to city center and Christmas markets. City is hilly so there are stairs! Hotel has charming gnome garden, and places to sit, with blankets if it’s chilly. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff was lovely."
