"Friendly hotel staff, who speak fluent English. Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere. "Lovely hotel, big comfortable room with two proper chairs (yay!) and surprisingly quiet. Easy to get to the Hauptbahnhof or Central in about 5 mins on the frequent tram service. We didn't know that the breakfast was veggie (although they did offer you the chance to ask for cold sliced meats if you wanted). Didn't bother us, but it would be good to know in advance.
