I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. "This review happens for June 2026 heatwave. There is zero cooling in this small studio. The curtains and nets didn’t even touch the windows so it was bright and hot all day and night. The provided fan was the most basic and I asked for a new/additional one. I was told it was one pre-unit. I had to move to another hotel at my cost for a cooler temperature.
