"The woman that checked us in was super friendly! We went to old town Zurich for a few hours and when we came back our key did not work. There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. She was rude and made it sound like it was our fault that our belongings were in that room. Even other guests were surprised. Front desk staff kindness is very important for guest experiences. "My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities."

Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "
