"The main problems had to do with the shower and the air-conditioning. 1. The air-conditioning was very loud and although we ran it at its lowest temperature setting, it didn't cool the room. 2. I had to run the hot water for about three minutes before the water was hot enough for a shower. Up to that point, only cold water came out of the shower head. The shower head itself was very unstable, so one had to hold the handheld shower wand, which made it difficult to do other tasks, such as washing...

"Stayed for 2 days in June/July and it was hot. There is no air conditioning at this hotel. Makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Hotel has only one ice machine and it was broken. Breakfast was just okay. I would not stay there again."

"First time in 25 years of traveling with the family that we couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so little to no alternative. Ended up outside at the rooftop, but on a 36c hot day, it was less that enjoyable. Fortunately the staff on the rooftop was outstanding and helped make our stay more enjoyable.
