"Beautiful hotel, and delicious breakfast. The only issue I had is that there was a film festival happening right outside my window. The event was extremely loud and went on after midnight. Since the room didn't have AC, it was hard to keep the windows closed so that meant we couldn't go to sleep until very late, and were constantly being awake by the noise outside."

"We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff was excellent, the room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The room came with a 24 hour transportation pass, which was super convenient because the bus stop in right in front of the property and parking is very expensive in town. I would suggest that they add screens to the windows because the room was a little stuffy. We wanted to open the windows but saw bugs out of the window even on the 4th floor."

"It's a nice place certainly. Lakefront area is a major asset. Staff was very helpful and delightful. Breakfast was very nice. My room in the building without ensuite amenities was fine - small, only one electrical outlet for charging phones etc. One bathroom and shower for 9 rooms on my floor seems a little inadequate. A nice place for sure, but compared to other Swiss hotels with comparable amenities and location desirability, a tad overpriced I think."
