"Recommend room upgrade to 3rd floor mountain view. Beds are hard to out liking so ask for extra bedding to soften the sleep. A coffee maker or kettle in room would be nice. The included breakfast is outstanding. Great options. Right next to Terminal rail station. Perfectly located"

"Hotel is in a great location!! The proximity to the train station, restaurants and shops was perfect for us during our stay. I do have to say that the beds and pillow’s leave a lot to be desired as far as comfort goes. They are definitely more decorative than they are practical for use. Interlaken and the surrounding towns are absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend visiting the area."
"Breakfast menu wasn't wide and really needed more egg options. Boil eggs in shell wasn't appealing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room #218 had a excellent view of both sides of hotel with a balcony which i loved. Walking distance to everything and very close to train station. Enjoyed my stay. "
