"We spent three nights here and liked the stay very much. We had a room with mountain view and the views are absolutely stunning! Spa is also very good with inside and outside pools. Would definately recommed this Hotel for anyone!"

"We had a fabulous short stay here. The hotel is very close to Wengen station and we managed to walk up the hill with our (small) cases without too much bother. Check in was with the lovely Miriem (sorry if I've got that wrong!) who showed us around and gave us plenty of information about the hotel. The room was good (deluxe double with balcony), beds were comfortable with plenty of space. Bathroom was basic but clean. There were lovely little welcome touches, such as a personalised card and...

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"Great stay. Rooms have 2x usb (2 and 3) sockets as well as with pin sockets. Unsure if air con is working in room 36 as the dial next to the door doesn’t seem to achieve anything. Lovely hotel and would recommend. Kettle and fridge plus coffee maker and pods supplied."

"Amazing place This may as well be the Ritz of Switzerland I entered Interlaken on the hotel search and found this hotel. It’s definitely not Interlaken but may be much better ! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"
