"Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. "

"Room in good condition, very noisy heating unit and incredibly loud light in the bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work and while the advertised cinnamon rolls were good, there was no place within a 36 mile radius to eat breakfast!! The barking dog outside the window was annoying but not much management could do about it."

"Room was great water temperature not so much. We got a jetted tub room and the water turned cold before it even filled up. The blankets on the bed were basically sheets. And, there was a comforter on the bed but it was so thin. Hot tub in pool are was Luke warm
At best. We work hard so sore bones and pay extra to get a hot tub for it not to function as it should was disappointing. Shower water turned cold fast as well."
